Colors of Fall

The last few weeks I have been spending allot of time traveling, often by car, and often driving through mountains gloriously colored by blankets of fall colored leaves and trees. Besides the meditative trance these beautiful colors put me in, I find the often gloomy fall weather to be quite exciting, knowing that the hints of dying color are soon to be covered in layers and layers of fresh snowy goodness.

I took these photos at the Westmoreland sanctuary in the fall of 2009.
